Meet The Photographers
Mindy is the lead photographer and photo editor with a lot of experience running a small business. Not only does she run her photographer business, but she also runs a design business called Brand Me Gorgeous and is a Certified Showit Design Partner who creates websites for other photographers as well as teaches designers. In addition, she also has a podcast that helps business owners grow their brand.

Mindy Vassalle
Joe is also a lead photographer. His ability to seek out the candidate moments is remarkable, so at your session, you can expect him to take photos without even knowing it. As a former Military Veteran, Joe also provides our sessions with a safe space to work in public. Many times sessions are single moms or only moms and daughters and it's essential that we all stay and feel safe.

Tylea is our Associate photographer and also Joe and Mindy's daughter. She is a senior at Lecanto High School and the photographer for the yearbook. She is also the Editor n Chief of the school newspaper and has won photography and writing awards and scholarships. In addition, she is also a competitive dancer who competes in dance competitions all over the state of Florida.

Our journey in photography started in Ohio on October 15th, 2005, our wedding date, as we were gifted a camera for one of our wedding presents. I Mindy began to use the camera a lot. At that time, Joe and I had our first child together, and between the two of us, we had three other children. I spent time taking photos of the kids at the park and at baseball games.
Then before you knew it, the two older kids were seniors in high school, and we started taking Senior photos for them and their friends. And that's how Vassalle's Photography was officially born and now Seaside Portraits!
It started with a story
How SeaSide was born?
Even on rainy and cloudy days, we can still create stunning images thanks to Photoshop and Lightroom, but you will never find the most beautiful beach backgrounds or more sunny days like you will here in Florida.
Moving to Florida allowed us to do photography full-time all year. With beautiful beaches, sunsets, and year-round weather that's not gloomy, we can photograph beautiful images that allow others who love Florida to, and to bring the beach home!
In 2012 we went on a family vacation to Florida and absolutely loved it! We loved it so much that we packed a moving truck to the ceiling and a year later moved our family to Florida.
